History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Maegan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vicky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
