Personality: Xappan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Xappan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: River was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.
