Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
