Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the north to a Adventurer, Orthog learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He dresses like a well dressed Marshal does, marred by sweets. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed blue hat.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Oppleby was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He carries with him a set of tridents, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His red crest is lengthy. He is baby faced.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trynnicus was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Trynnicus and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This late middle aged woman dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head and is in decent physical shape. She has shaved her head bald. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she's in love

Description: An older man who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, he is not a threatening figure. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends
