Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Elama is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Fax never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
