History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Nora was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nora decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
