Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Norûk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Veloptima alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
