History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Mâku was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
