Personality: Pelaios hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bowyer who has hired him part-time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A moderately attractive man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has styled his red crest well, parting it to the right. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. He is portly but not overly obese. He has auburn hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Tordek was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Performer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and further expansion of business

Description: She wears dull red sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length black hair. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion
