Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her ears are large.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anne grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anne. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
