History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Gifted from a young age, Grigi studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Grigi was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and to protect her home

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: Gesrethe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
