History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Heather learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Body Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A friendly and beautiful Dwarf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Veit studied abroad. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Being a Body Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and expand his business

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family
