Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
