History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Nala lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Nala was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nala's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright.
