History: Olrok lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He's also a talented Slave Trader, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Avice was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Avice alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
