History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Oppleby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
