Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by her family; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: Ratanák lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second son.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Thava was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
