Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Matilda lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Ernest is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is greedy

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
