Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Uthemar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
