Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Oppah was born with her father's beautiful face. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
