History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vonbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.
