History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
