History: Heian was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Jak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
