History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ulblyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ulblyn. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture
