History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He now mingles about in high society.
