History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Synthrin's homeland. Synthrin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
