Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Elama does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Margery grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Margery. She now mingles about in high society.
