Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gorfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Gorfel and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: A 3'9" northern woman, she is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her hair is white and very short. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Being a Barrister kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
