Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kody is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dee was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She got into the Knight business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
