A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Abalaba hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Broce alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult.
