History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Aldous was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aldous's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Standing 6'6", this woman is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her long black crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Biri grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Biri. Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Carrie was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, white shirt, and tan tie. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it
