History: He was born in the west. Alexandre was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his religion dominates his actions
