History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants her loneliness to end

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
