The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Elizabeth hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Tomph is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
