Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Halander was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halander grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halander. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
