History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Direcris grew up listening to his father's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Banker like his father before him.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Sarah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
