Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this western woman wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her silver eyes.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a quarterstaff and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and further expansion of business

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a green cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. Her hair is short and red. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Verin is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with violet lining and desert motifs. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and dwarven compassion

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His green crest is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Soapmaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has money and likes to spend it
