History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trym grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trym. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
