Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Merla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Gale liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
