Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Burgell enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his daughter
