She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has worked as a Gardener like her mother before her.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Tod alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bricklayer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born into a rich family. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
