Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Naal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he feels threatened by others

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Harbek is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She prefers to wear pastel pants and tee shirts. Her gray fur has been sun bleached extensively. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Great is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This malnourished woman dresses like a well dressed Soapmaker does. Her brown hair is long and unkept. She has a dull look in her white eyes.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Armara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Armara was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she's attracted to the pc

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He carries with him a set of sais, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His orange fur is long and unkept. His green eyes peer out from beneath his feathered brown hat.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sun fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and expand his business
