Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lorm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and gnomish compassion

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She is a Hag in disguise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Lilli was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Frug will drive conversation. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job
