Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pelt studied abroad. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
