History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. After a long history of fighting, Rimmon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her youth she was a Bookbinder, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Greeba was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Greeba was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mortician for the past few years.
