History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Keth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Painter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Nella liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult.
