History: Fulbar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
