History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She worked as a nervous Slave Trader and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Slave Trader and was forced into it by her family; and wants a kiss

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with white slacks. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he loathes his own lifestyle
