History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Shamash was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Hunter. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: 3'3" and muscular, this eastern man wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Cockaby alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and many giants want him driven away

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
