Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shivering was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
